Sex Therapy

Sexual expression and eroticism are central to our human experience.

Sex therapy is talk therapy — not a physical or medical treatment. As an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, I work with individuals and couples navigating sexual concerns including desire discrepancy, pain or discomfort, sexual trauma, intimacy blocks, and questions of identity and pleasure. This work is collaborative, non-judgmental, and grounded in both clinical science and a deep respect for the full range of human sexuality.

Sex therapy is offered to individuals, couples, and relationship structures of all kinds, including non-monogamous and LGBTQ+ relationships.

I can help with:

  • Mismatched desire & desire challenges

  • Infidelity repair & out-of-control sexual behavior (commonly known as sex addiction)

  • Navigating religious practices & sexuality

  • Mind-body disconnection
